"It is clear that closed classroom doors will not help us educate students to high levels. It is clear that what happens in classrooms matters for student learning, and we can do more together than we can do individually to improve learning and teaching..." - Elizabeth City
“Leaders are made, they are not born. They are made by hard effort, which is the price which all of us must pay to achieve any goal that is worthwhile.” —Vince Lombardi, Head Coach Green Bay Packers.
While being an educational leader can be stressful and often underappreciated, it can also be one of the most rewarding experiences anyone will encounter. You have the opportunity to positively impact the lives of children every day and for generations to come. Be the champion that every child deserves, the person that sees more in them than they ever imagined and the person that will never give up on them.
